Registration

Before registering, please read the information below.

The registration fee includes access to all sessions of the scientific program, daily lunches, coffee breaks, a concert ticket, and the welcome reception. Attendance at the gala dinner requires an additional fee of 120 €. The number of places for the gala dinner is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants may present more than one contribution (e.g., an oral and a poster presentation, or multiple posters). In such cases, an additional fee of 50 € applies for each presentation beyond the first.

Please note that participants who have expressed interest in delivering an oral presentation may be reassigned to a poster presentation at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. This decision will be based on the overall balance of the conference program and the thematic alignment of submitted abstracts.

The Scientific Committee will select 36 authors of poster submissions to give a flash talk. The Organizing Committee will contact selected participants to confirm their availability. Please note that if no response is received within the specified deadline, the opportunity will be offered to another participant.
